Who I am

This website is run by Manraj Gurcha, trading as DJ Manraj, based in Birmingham. For anything about your data, email manrajgurcha55@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you use the enquiry form: your name, phone number, event date, venue or town, event type, the services you tick and anything you write in the message box. If you WhatsApp, call or email instead, I receive whatever you send that way.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, check availability, send a quote and, if you book, plan and deliver your event. I don't sell your details, add you to marketing lists or share them with anyone else, except the service providers below that make the website and messages work.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are received and stored by the website host, Netlify, and forwarded to my email. WhatsApp, phone and email messages are held by those providers in the normal way.

How long I keep it

If you don't book, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do book, I keep booking details for as long as needed for the event and for my business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time — just email me. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
